Several of the support requests that I have dealt with have been resolved when it was discovered that the member or entrant, was using a touch device such as an iPad. This was preventing them from seeing a crucial piece of information due to the need to scroll or pinch to zoom about.
Using such devices is fine. As with most of the first-world, I have minor panic attacks when my phone is out reach. The limited size of the screen, and the need to touch instead of using a mouse can be a challenge.
With familiarity, the website can be navigated OK using these, but my focus is on a photography focused solution that leans toward high resolution monitors.
If you are having problems doing a task then please go to a computer and try doing the task there first.
My first focus on the development of this system has been functionality. Over time the website will be updated to improve aesthetics and usability using any device.
